Health and Safety Training
3E staff has experience in conducting over 4,000 hours of compliance training programs at sites within the southeastern United States. 3E assists clients in understanding and managing their compliance training and education needs. 3E provides clients with the necessary level of information to identify and evaluate applicable training requirements for management through task-line personnel. Typically, an initial interview or assessment is completed with the client to determine site specific needs, training program audiences, schedule and constraints. With this information, training programs are refined to meet client´s expectations. Our training classes are designed to ensure key safety competencies are understood and duplicated by each student. This is accomplished with a combination of lecture, multi-media presentations, exercise and competency evaluations.
